  62.              OPEN STACK is open-ended.  If you need a field that does not exist on any screen now, you may create a new field from the menu.  The information you enter into that field will pass on to any other field with the same name.  For instance, if you want to sort by "Type" (Book, Tape, Film etc.) on Acquisitions, Cataloging and Labels, you may create and title such a field on each screen; thereafter you need only enter the information into one of those fields.
  63.                  OPEN STACK is customizable.  If you do not like the layout of any of the screens, you may change the text, the order of the fields, and the layout of the buttons.
